Paris has major glitch

It was great fun until I got to Paris day 1. I seem to only be able to bake one type of pastry so my customers left and I had to quit because levels above this are blocked. Even once this is fixed, dont expect to play for relaxation. It is very fast paced and keeps you hopping. Id like to see a setting where you can adjust the speed of customers arriving so it can be more relaxing! Id give it a 4 star once the problem is fixed.
